Grassroots communities speak about their experiences of racism, the effects of Brexit, COVID-19 and its disproportionate effect on BAME communities, perceived inequalities and much more.
This report evaluates the Real People Honest Talk programme, delivered in Peterborough in 2019, capturing the attitudes and experiences of the organisers, facilitators and attendees. This report demonstrates how a grassroots programme can genuinely create opportunities to bring people together and create a platform for people to engage in honest discussion.
